As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Metaphysical Minister and Transpersonal Counselor, I work with you to align your inner world with the outer experience you wish to have in daily life.
We accomplish this through a number of different modalities.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is the method for accessing recollections from earlier lifetimes, enabling exploration of your eternal soul memories. Recalling past lives allows one to view the experiences of the past, consider it from the perspective of the higher self, and understand the relationship of the past to current patterns of thinking, behavior and relationships.
Your journey to an earlier incarnation allows exploration of events, circumstances and relationships that shaped your beliefs. It is these core beliefs that souls carry forward into future lives. These beliefs provide insight into current emotions, patterns and expectations. Insight and understanding about patterns of behavior, attachments and relationships enable one to make decisions that yield positive and constructive change.

Life Between Lives® Hypnotherapy
Life Between Lives ® Hypnotherapy (LBL) is a technique developed by Dr. Michael Newton for journeying to the spirit world – often referred to as the after-life or inter-life. In this unfiltered soul state, you access soul-based memories, view your current and past lives through the soul’s eternal perspective and peer into daily life in the eternal realm. The deep trance state facilitated by the hypnotherapist enables you to re-experience soul memories that are otherwise hidden from normal waking consciousness. Life Between Lives sessions are aptly described as peering into the window of your soul’s eternal journey.
Life Between Lives hypnotherapy enables you to communicate with your higher self and formulate answers to important questions, such as:
- What is the purpose of life, and specifically the purpose of your own life?
- What lessons are you to learn in this life-time?
- How can you break patterns of behavior that cause pain?
- What is delaying or preventing healing of emotional wounds?

Transpersonal Journeys
Transpersonal Journeys offer a path through murkiness of our everyday life.
These hypnotic journeys provide a means for bridging the perceived separation and segmentation between heart and soul. They provide a way to explore the invisible world that is blocked from waking awareness. These forays into the nonphysical realm of consciousness allow you to experience that vaster dimension of self.
During your Transpersonal Journey you directly communicate with your higher-self. Clients in this state often engage with spirit guides and masters who provide valuable insight, encouragement and direction. You may encounter the members of your eternal soul family, whether currently incarnated or in another realm, and gain clarity, understanding, healing and forgiveness.
Still other journeyers retrieve lost or fragmented parts of themselves that split off from their soul at earlier times – what the shamans call ‘soul retrieval.’
Transpersonal Journeys may involve the release of unwanted attachments, energies and/or guests – the latter is known as spirit releasement. These sessions are tailored to the specific circumstances of each client. Spirit Releasement sessions are a means of liberating attached beings, earthbound spirits who have not crossed into the light upon death, and energies from individuals and physical locations. When attached to an individual, these energies/entities can significantly affect one’s feelings and behavior, often without one’s conscious awareness.

Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual Counseling helps you to understand the challenges and difficulties that you are experiencing from the perspective of your higher self and the plan it crafted for your current lifetime. It advances both emotional and spiritual growth while promoting balance and inner peace.
Your soul’s plan contains details about the exterior dimensions of your life. Your soul plan includes selection of parents and other loved ones who you have invited to assume major roles in your life. It also includes where you were born and will live, major health issues, life opportunities, career paths and yes, life challenges. From the soul’s perspective, these external aspects of your life are comparable to the setting and characters in a theatrical drama. In fact, you can liken your life to a play that you have scripted and are the starring character.
When you view your life contextually, you see patterns – patterns in relationships, patterns of behaviors, patterns of experiences and even patterns of thoughts i.e., your core beliefs. These patterns and their origin are the focus of a Spiritual Counseling sessions. Although hardship and challenges in life are inevitable, understanding the purpose and lessons that flow from them precludes the despair that can result when you see no greater purpose to inevitable pain and suffering.
This approach shifts your focus away from what is happening and why it is happening, to the more valuable question ‘what did my soul intend by making this a part of my life experience.’ Equipped with the insight you are best able to complete the lesson, the healing and/or the karmic balancing that your soul intends.

Soul School
Soul School is a program that you would enroll in if you are longing for understanding and guidance on your spiritual journey.
It is an eight-part program, scheduled monthly from autumn to spring. It is offered on the Zoom platform and is available for download for time zone flexibility.
Soul School is designed to help you uncover their soul’s plan for this lifetime, recognize beliefs and relationship patterns, understand the tension between your inner and outer worlds and to use this insight to live a soul inspired life.
